When Volkswagen wanted to celebrate its global sustainability initiative, they turned to SKRP to help translate that vision into something tangible — and wearable. Together, we created a Sustainable Style Package featuring two limited-edition products: recycled skateboard sunglasses and recycled snowboard bottle openers.
Volkswagen’s team was searching for memorable, eco-conscious gifts that reflected their commitment to innovation and environmental responsibility. The challenge was to design and produce items that were both functional and fashionable — and that told a meaningful story about reuse and creativity.

The snowboard bottle openers were cut from upcycled snowboard laminates, blending performance-grade materials with minimalist design. Both products were finished with Volkswagen branding and eco-friendly packaging to complete the sustainable story.
The final Sustainable Style Package included:
These one-of-a-kind corporate gifts were distributed as part of Volkswagen’s sustainability campaign, aligning perfectly with the brand’s values of innovation, responsibility, and design excellence.

This collaboration proved that sustainability and style can share the same road. Every pair of sunglasses and every bottle opener told its own story — one of craftsmanship, creativity, and conscious design.
