Our state-of-the-art CNC machine cuts the exact wallet shape directly from recycled Donek snowboards, ensuring perfect dimensions every time. This precision process reveals the beautiful layered construction of the original board.
The CNC cutting exposes the cross-section of the snowboard’s multi-layer construction, creating stunning visual details that showcase the engineering excellence of Donek boards while maintaining the structural integrity needed for daily use.
Ultra-Slim Engineering
Each wallet shape is carefully sliced down the center of the wood core, creating two symmetrical halves. We then sand down the inside core of each half, leaving exactly 3 layers on each side to maintain solid strength while achieving an ultra-slim profile.
This meticulous process ensures your wallet maintains the structural integrity of a snowboard while being thin enough for comfortable front pocket carry. The result is a wallet that’s both incredibly durable and remarkably slim.
Premium Finishing
Finally, we wrap each wallet with a 3¼″ braided soft and stretchy cotton elastic band to hold everything together securely. This premium elastic is both functional and comfortable, providing the perfect amount of tension to keep your cards secure.

Okay let’s address the elephant in the room. I am an old, very old ex-skateboarder. I was hoping for a deck wallet, but I got one made of a snowboard. BUT READ ON! This is still a novel work of art. Included with the wallet was a letter explaining the artist’s choice to change materials. It explains that a skateboard deck would delam under regular use so the next best thing was provided. A total refund was also offered, but you know, I am extremely happy with the change and will not look for a refund. Check it out and grab one!
